Fresh cucumbers

I have recently come into a lot of fresh cucumbers from my parent's garden and since I don't eat cucumbers I had to find new things to do with them. So of course this led to making my own pickles and even going as far as frying them as of last night. The reason I am sharing this of course is because I reused some of the jars I have saved from odds and end things like the last pickle jars I bought at the store during the last SD I attended. I even used the juice for the first mixture I tried, however, my other half didn't like that one as much as the other one I tried at the same time and I tried it a different way on last night and that one hasn't been tried yet. I am waiting to find the brine we like before I post. But in the mean time you can always try out my fried cucumbers. The pic and few ingredients are on my pinterest page which can be located here:

We did figure out next time we want them cut differently. These were originally supposed to be pickles but I ran out of brine and couldn't make another mixture so I fried them so they wouldn't go bad. Let me know if you guys like them or not.
