TIP OF THE WEEK

Okay so for this week I chose that the tip of the week is specifically for Harris Teeter trips. If your going to use EVICS, print out a copy before you go to the store. I started doing this last Super Double's because girls were saying they had issues with them coming off and yesterday I did. The cashier acted like she wasn't going to call a manager but she finally did and I showed the woman what I had that was not taken off and she type in my $2.50 and that brought me back to where I needed to be, also I didn't realize I had an evic for an item I was already buying till I looked over my list afterwards and that was one that didn't come off. Without my list I would have missed out on my $1.00 for my L'Oreal Advanced Haircare.

So make sure to clip them EVICS even if you don't think you may buy the product and print it out. I also highlight the evics as I purchase the item so I know at the register exactly where they are and what needs to come off.

HAPPY COUPONING!!!!

Tip of the Week

Since Super Doubles are starting on Wednesday I thought I would make this tip about that since everyone is currently preparing.

My tip for when I prepare for a trip is to always have more than 20 coupons on my list. I have the ones I really want to score first like the "hot" items I know will go the fastest but since they do go so fast I have my back up plan on me at all times. Normally that means I have other items on my list that I also need in my stockpile or want. You don't want to have to pick your coupons completely on the spot because your already nervous enough during a SD haul and having to get together 20 coupons can be stressful if you do that and you might not get the best deals.

Also remember that Harris Teeter only doubles the first 20 coupons but that doesn't mean you can only use 20 coupons. Last time I scored a freebie with a coupon that would not double. So sometimes there are freebies out there that no one thinks about because the coupon is more than $2.00.

Good luck preparing this week and like always I will try and do my best to help you guys out along the way.

As always,

HAPPY COUPONING!

Tip of the week-mycokerewards

Okay guys I am going to start to try and add a tip of the week at least once a week. If people like them then I will try to post  more tips, but I want to see how this goes and get some feedback. Thanks

For everyone who has loaded up on the powerade deals in the past several months I want to remind you to make sure the kids save the lids. If you haven't already started doing so. Mycokerewards.com is a great place to get coupons from. My dad loves coke products  and we drink a lot of powerade so I always have codes to enter. You just go and create an account and after so long you can request coupons. I normally get the ones for free powerades and free 12 pack of coke for my dad. It helps save even a few more pennies when hitting up the really good deals. Plus if your buying the products already, why not save money?

small foodlion haul

Sorry I didn't manage to talk about this weeks deals sooner, but yesterday I did a small haul to Foodlion before the sale ended today.

I got:
2- Classic Yellow French's mustard
2- Spicy French's mustard
6- powerades

Used (2) $.30/1 coupons for the classic mustard and (2) $.40/1 for the spicy mustards.

The mustard was part of a 4 day sale for $.79 each so after you put that with a coupon your paying hardly nothing for your mustard. Which is a great stock  up price. And the powerades were on sale this week for $.69 which is also a great stock up price. And there were printables a while back for the powerade zero for $.50/1 so if you have them that makes the deal even better.

The mustard is no longer at the sale price but the powerades are till tonight at closing.
