Kmart and walmart

Today I went to 2 stores and did some couponing. I tried out kmart today because this week my store is participating in a SD event. Deal is you have to spend at least $25 before any coupons will double and then only the first 5 will double this week. So I thought I would try it after seeing a video on youtube posted by hip2save. I got a few of the same items they did but found some other ones that were a little more beneficial to my family. So I am not exactly happy with my haul because of my toilet paper deal. I am sure it is a good deal but considering I didn't plan for it at kmart it through off my deals by like a lot. But here is the breakdown with pics included.

Bought: 1 suave lotion for $2.99, 1 suave morrocan lotion for $5.12, 2 cereals for $1.99 each, 1 vidal sassoon shampoo for $3.94, 1 twin pack of reach toothbrushes for $4.99, 24 pack of Scott toilet paper for $12.29, 1 Always infinity liners on clearance for $3.99 normally $7.99.

coupons used were: $2/1 suave DOUBLED
suave morrocan lotion $2/1 DOUBLED
General mills cereal coupon $1/2 DOUBLED
Vidal sassoon shampoo $2/1 DOUBLED
Reach toothbrushes $2/1 DOUBLED
Scott tissue they had a store coupon for $2/1 of the 24 rolls and I used a $.75/1 coupon
Always infinity $1/1 coupon

Brought my total down to $18.37 and I SAVED: $14.59 and I earned 273 points during my transaction for next time. It wasn't a bad haul I just wasnt expecting to find the deal on the toilet paper so I feel like it wasn't that great but it was something I needed to buy anyways.

For my Walmart haul I just scored my freebies and put it with my sisters purchases so she could use my overage. I ended up getting 3 free packs of bic razors, 2 wet- n -wild nail polish and 1 wet n wild eye liner

Total: $0 Savings: 12.00

Each pack of razors was $ 2.68 and each wet-n-wild product was $.98. I had $3/1 for the bic razors and a $1/1 for the wet-n-wild products.

So they paid me at walmart to buy my items.

Overall between both places I did good considering I needed the cereal, toilet paper, razors, and feminine products. Those few items alone would normally cost at least what I spent today if not more.

A small Walmart haul

So this weekend I had some Maruchan Yakisoba coupons that were about to expire and I did not want them all to go to waste so I found me a deal. Now Harris Teeter had them B1G1 free but I could only use 4 coupons and with the gas it wasn't worth it...plus I had too many coupons so I ran to Walmart instead.

Walmart has them at everyday price for $.68. My coupons were for a $1/2 so I scored 34 for only $6.58. I also was able to play coupon fairy and leave a bunch on the shelf for other's as well. Here is a pic of all the Yakisoba's just from this haul. The lady just put all of them originally in the 2 biggest bags she had. I hate that there were no more boxes though.

I think this was a good trip since these won't expire for a while and they can also be donated.
