Random shopping at Foodlion this week

I did a few small trips this week and scored a few good things.

Mueller pasta was on sale this week for $.99 a box and this included the pot size, I scored 4 throughout the week for a total of  $1.04.

Also scored a 6  pack of hawiaan punch bottles. They were $1.99 this week and I scored a $1.00 off a while back from the mvp machine, so I only paid $.99 plus tax.

My last 2 trips to SD this month.

Overall these items were basically the same for the trips because I had ordered coupons I wanted to use. But some where different. I am not going to break this stuff down for you but if you want details comment and I won't hesitate to explain for you guys.

Savings for both trips:$63.48

Spent: $17.69

****Missing from this pic is 2- V8 splash juices, and one more stouffer's dinners.****

This pic includes 12 dole pineapples, 6 barilla entrees, 4 rice, 12 yakisoba's, 2 hefty ziplock bags, 1 prego alfredo sauce, 1 french's woreshire sauce, 4 yocrunch yogurt, 3 stouffer's dinners, 1 granola hot and ready.

Overall I am very proud of this SD this month. I SAVED: $192.69 this month and SPENT: $40.59

I restocked on a lot of items we were running low on and even started my fruit section that never got started.

Another Great haul at SD

Sorry I am a day late, but last night I didn't get back till late. I didn't do as good as a haul as on Wednesday but I got a lot of good deals, just  not as many freebies.

***This pic is missing another tub of butter and a v8 juice.****

SPENT: $20.67
SAVED: $54.44

Would have saved $1.00 more but my Evics for my pasta didn't come off. I believe it is because it beeped and the manager had to type it in. So I didn't realize the evics issue till after we got down the road. Still a great haul, considering the v8 juice was $2.50 and no coupon was used. (It was bought for my niece. lol)

So here is the details:
Slow cooker sauce- $3.49 original price. $1.00/1 coupon used. (not on sale but was needing for a b-day dinner this Saturday). Final price= $1.49
Luden's -$1.00 original price. $1.00/2. Final price= FREE
Halls Cough Drops- $1.29 original price. $1.00/2. Final price= $.58 for both.
Balance bars- $1.00 original price. $1.00/2. (3 coupons used) Final price=FREE
Tums-$2.39 original price. $1.50/1. Final price=FREE
Hefty ziplock bags B1G1 free. $2.99 original price. $1.00/2 (used 2 coupons ) = $.99 for 2
Prego Alfredo sauce. $2.35 original price. $.75/1 (used 2 coupons.) = $.85 each
Barilla pasta sauce. $1.79 original price. $1.00/2 = $1.58
Frank's hot sauce. $2.00 original price. $.50/1 coupon (located it under the hot sauce and it don't double) =$1.50
Quaker bars $2.00 original price. $.75/2 coupon. =$2.50 for 2
Welch's chillers $2.00 original price. $1.00/2 coupon (used 2) = $1.00 each
mahatma rice $.99 original price. $.75/2 coupon. = $.48 for 2
Dole pineapple $.99 original price. $.50/2 coupon. =$.98 for 2
I can't believe its not butter. $2.00 original price. $.60/1 coupon (used 2) =$.80 each

Overall it was a good haul considering the slow cooker sauce wasn't on sale and I didn't have a coupon for the v8 juice drink. The frank's sauce was a special request by my boyfriend and the coupon I found located at Harris teeter didn't double. And my one evics coupon didn't come off. So with all them curve balls I was very pleased with this haul.

First trip to SD this time.

Okay I came out with a very good haul this time. And I am gonna be as detailed as possible for you guys.

So for this trip I used several Evics, normally I don't but I was thinking overage. Everyone knows our coupons don't allow overage at Harris Teeter, but your evics will. So for the bottle of Old spice 2-in-1 my coupon was $2.00 it doubled to make it $4.00 and I had an evic for $2.00. The starting out price today was $4.00 I made $2.00 off that item.

So here is the breakdown of the coupons I used and what evics for this trip. Many items were free and my overage took care of the rest. I can't be happier knowing I got 2 boxes of cereal in this haul and they are expensive. lol.

Old Spice 2-in-1 -$4.00 before coupons. Used $2.00 evic + $2.00/1 coupon. Free plus overage

I hope that is somewhat helpful for you guys. I think that was the most I have ever used evics but it came in handy for the pastas and stuff that weren't free that I actually needed for my home.

So if you were following the last post of the deals I found to be free as you can see I scored a few more today which I want to make sure you GET.

So incase you weren't paying attention the ones not in the last post were: The yakisoba and big bowls, the tums, the luden's and the febreze car clip. All free. Everything else was listed in my previous post.

I plan on trying to go back in the morning and of course I will post everything as soon as I can. Enjoy guys and as always.....

HAPPY COUPONING!

Deal of the week

I hit up Foodlion yesterday for a HUGE deal on power aid's.

Right now they have a promotion going on where you buy 10 of certain items, get $5 off at the register automatically, or you buy 15 of that item and get $10 off automatically.

The power aid's this week are on sale for $.89 each.

I bought 15 got $10 off automatically and used one coupon that I got in the mail from mycokerewards for a FREE power aid.

Altogether I SAVED: $18.39

and only SPENT: $2.69

I am very happy with that deal. I plan on hitting it up again if possible. Remember Foodlion does do rain checks and the promotion deal does not end till February 25th so if your store is out you still have some time to get this AMAZING deal.
